During the sale of our home, a buyer put in an offer then tried to escape the agreement using an absurd reasoning from the status certificate. At this moment Jason was quick to speak to my neighbours and property management regarding the rule and found out it was never strictly enforced. He relayed this information to the buyer but they still cancelled the agreement on us. Jason did his absolute best to save the deal.
